Bio
The Starman. A livewire on and off the pitch.
Head to the Hibernian Training Centre on any given day and it's likely the first and loudest voice you'll hear is Martin Boyle's.
His larger-than-life personality shouldn't detract from the ultra-professional alter-ego, who has improved year on year to become one of the most potent attacking threats in Scottish football and an established Australian international.
Born in Aberdeen, Martin Boyle rose from the third-tier of Scottish football onto the international stage.
His career began at Montrose and in his third season with the Club, he bagged 22 goals in 36 league games catching the attention of Scottish Premier League clubs. He was snapped up by Dundee and made 63 appearances before moving to Hibs after a successful loan spell.
During his two spells, in between six months in Saudi, he's gone on to make over 250 appearances for the Hibees and scored over 60 goals, becoming a fans' favourite in the process.
He also wrote his name into Hibernian FC history being part of the 2016 side that lifted the Scottish Cup.
On the international front, Martin Boyle is excelling for Australia earning over 20 caps and being a mainstay in the Socceroos' side. He missed out on the 2022 FIFA World Cup due to injury, but infamously took up the role as 'Vibes Manager' during the tournament.
