The Club hosted its inaugural Hibernian FC Academy Awards prizegiving on Saturday night (5 April), recognising some of the best moments of the season and celebrating the future stars of the Club.
In total, 12 awards were handed out on the evening from under 14 level all the way up to U18s – with Dean Cleland winning both the Goal of the Season and Player of the Year for the under-18s!
The event took place in the Famous Five Suite at Easter Road, with parents, players, staff and sponsors in attendance to reflect on what has been an encouraging year for the Academy so far.
Speakers on the night included Gareth Evans, Darren McGregor and Malky Mackay – with Hibernian legends and Academy graduates Paul Hanlon and Lewis Stevenson also on hand to share some of their words of wisdom with the youngsters.
