This is the 19-year-old’s second loan spell away from Hibernian FC, having spent six months with Stirling Albion last season. During that time, he made 13 league appearances and helped the club clinch the cinch League 2 title.
After spending the first half of the campaign playing with the Hibs Development Squad and training with the First Team, he will now link up with East Fife.
The Fifers currently sit sixth in the fourth-tier of Scottish football with 22 points from 20 games.
On the loan, Academy Director Gareth Evans said: “This move will be an excellent test for Robbie as it will once again provide him with regular exposure to senior men’s football.
“This is a challenge that he should embrace and we will be closely monitoring his progression.”
