Hibernian FC can confirm Rudi Molotnikov has joined Stirling Albion on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign.

The 17-year-old has featured five times for the First Team this season, making his debut against Aston Villa in the Europa Conference League Qualifiers at Villa Park.

The Scotland Under-19 international penned a three year-deal with the Hibees at the beginning of this season and will now join up with the cinch League One side to gain more regular minutes playing senior football.

‘The Binos’ currently sit eighth in League One, with 29 points from 25 games.

Hibernian FC Head Coach, Nick Montgomery commented: “This is a good move for Rudi that will allow him to get more experience playing senior football at a competitive level.

“Rudi is a very talented young player who has impressed when called upon this season.

“He has been involved in a lot of matchday squads for us, but this loan move will be a good, new challenge for him to develop playing week in, week out, before joining the squad again for pre-season.”
