Michaela McAlonie would have the first shot, taken from range within the opening 5 minutes which was held comfortably by Nicholson.
Eilidh Adams would open the scoring on 8 minutes. After some nice footwork by Lockwood, the number 9 would see herself gifted with the ball in the 6-yard area. Composed as ever, she slotted the ball into the corner.

After the opener, Hibs would begin to command control of the game. A couple of shots by Notley from range would head narrowly over the bar, as the away side would be firmly camped within the Hamilton half.
Adams would cause problems in the area once again after 25 minutes. An in-swinging corner by Eddie would see the ball played back across the face of goal by McAlonie, heading towards goal, the Hamilton goal pulled off a great save to deny the striker this time round.
With a ball over the top of the Hamilton defence on 28 minutes, McAlonie would find Leishman on the edge of the area, taking a touch, the fullback rifled the ball into the back of the net for Hibs second.

Continuing to press, we nearly found a third 3 minutes later. Rounding a defender on the left, Nunn would play the ball back to Lockwood within the 6-yard area. Hitting the bar with a header, McAlonie would have a follow up, which would result in a goal kick.
Half-time would arrive, with the Hibees firmly in control.
With the second half restart, Hibs would immediately command control. McAlonie and Adams would both come close again, with the goalkeeper denying the latter with a fine save point blank after another headed effort.
Dispossessing a Hamilton defender on the edge of the area, Lockwood would have a great chance to increase the score-line further, her composed effort would somehow narrowly miss the mark.
Still determined to find herself a goal, our number 14 would have another couple of opportunities from range, both of which would narrowly miss the target.
Lucy Parry would come onto the pitch, replacing Liana Hinds on 62 minutes.
Nearly finding a 3rd, and a second for herself, Adams would hit the post with yet another header after a sublime corner by Leah Eddie. Another effort soon after would squirm under Nicholson, before being cleared away.
Eilidh Adams would be substituted for Lia Tweedie on 74 minutes.
With her first touch of the ball, Tweedie would find Hibs’ long-awaited third on 75 minutes with a fantastic headed effort.

Nunn would then make way for Nor 79 minutes for our final change.
Lia Tweedie would find a quickfire second on 81 minutes. A near perfect recreation of her first, our number 15 headed home from a Leah Eddie corner on the far side for 4-0.
This action would see the game out, with the three points thoroughly deserved.
