The midfielder was injured last month but made a return to the squad in last week’s 8-0 victory against Kilmarnock.

“I’m excited. I just want to get back in the team but obviously I can’t rush it.”

“I was really enjoying playing for the club, we are playing good football, and keeping the ball well so I’m just excited to be back on the pitch.”

By stepping back onto the field, Kuyken hopes to re-establish herself into a squad inspired by recent positive results.

‘The last few weeks especially means we’ve really started jelling, I think you can see that in the performances in the pitch.”

“The mood has definitely been lifted a lot. Even though we haven’t got the results we necessarily wanted, we’re starting to grow a belief that we can play against any team. As you could see from the defeat to Rangers, we really competed.”

Looking forward to tomorrows match against Partick Thistle, the youngster called on supporters to turn up in their numbers to help the team continue their good run of form.

“We’re expecting an organised side who are hard to play against, but if we play our game then we can beat any team!”

“We have a good fan base here with a lot of support in the community so hopefully they can help us get our job done on Sunday.”
