THE LOWDOWN
We are back at Easter Road for our final match of the season as we look to restore some pride in what has ultimately been a disappointing campaign.
Caretaker Manager David Gray, will be looking to bounce back from our midweek defeat at Dundee and finish the season on a high.
As we approach the final weekend, we currently sit 8th on 42 points. The visitors St Johnstone are three places below in 11th.
Regardless of the result on Saturday, the Saints will finish in 11th spot and face a play off against either Arbroath or Inverness to secure their safety in the division.
TEAM NEWS
Paul Hanlon, Demetri Mitchell, Scott Allan and Chris Cadden all missed Tuesday's trip to Dens and will be assessed ahead of Sunday.
David Gray will be without the services of Christian Doidge, Kyle Magennis, Kevin Nisbet and Drey Wright who have longer term injuries.
THE OPPOSITION
St Johnstone come into this fixture off the back of a crucial win against Aberdeen in midweek. Callum Hendry's first half strike was enough to claim all three points at McDiarmid Park, consequently relegating Dundee to the cinch Championship.
The win for the Saints means they will finish the season in 11th place and will play in the promotion/relegation play-off against the winner of the Arbroath/Inverness tie.
One player to watch is Callum Hendry, since returning from loan in January, the strike has scored 7 goals in 19 appearances in the cinch Premiership.

HEAD TO HEAD
We have played St Johnstone three times so far this season and have a good record against the Saints - picking up seven points from a possible nine.
We beat St Johnstone both home and away in the first half of the season. Martin Boyle scored the only goal of the game when the sides met in September at Easter Road.
At McDiarmid Park, the Hibees turned the game on its head in the final ten minutes - Kevin Nisbet and Jamie Murphy grabbed the goals in Perth to claim all three points.

The most recent fixture ended in a nil nil stalemate at Easter Road in March.
