There are five changes to the side that lost 2-0 Celtic earlier this week.
Ewan Henderson and Chris Mueller will make their Hibernian debuts this evening against the League One side. Ewan will wear the no.80 shirt and Chris Mueller will be wearing no.14 on his back.
Christian Doidge is back in the starting XI for the first time since August 2021.
Melker Hallberg will also feature, he was an used substitute against Celtic earlier this week but will start against Cove – making his first appearance for the Hibees since last July.
Lewis Stevenson regains his place in defence, whilst Rocky Bushiri misses out.
Jake Doyle-Hayes, Drey Wright and Kevin Nisbet all drop to the bench. Sean Mackie is also named on the bench and could feature for the first time this season.
Martin Boyle, Rocky Bushiri and Steven Bradley are missing from the matchday squad, whilst Norwegian teenager, Elias Melkerson, is still awaiting his work permit to come through.
