Born on 2 March 2001 in Ipswich, he started his career with his local side Ipswich Town having been scouted at Brantham Athletic FC, and in 2014 he actually went viral after applying the finishing touch to a stunning 13-pass move for Ipswich Town.
After impressing with the Suffolk side, Clarke then joined Arsenal’s youth academy. It was with the Gunners where he transitioned from a midfielder into a ball-playing defender.
In that new role he endured a magnificent debut 2017/18 campaign, which saw him earn his first professional deal. It was during this time where he made his England U17 debut.
A year later, he signed a new long-term contract and played a key role as Arsenal’s Under-18s won the Premier League South, making 15 appearances and helping them keep six clean sheets along the way.
He then made the step-up to their Under-23s set-up and featured in Premier League 2 and captained the Club in the EFL Trophy.
Ready for First Team football and then 19, Clarke made the switch to Oldham Athletic in League Two – the fourth-tier of English football.

He shone at Oldham, which then led to his next loan move with Ross County in the cinch Premiership. He has virtually been ever-present for Malky Mackay’s side and has scored three goals – his first was against Rangers.
Harry has caught the eye over the last 18 months and looks to continue his development under the guidance of Shaun Maloney.
