Josh was nominated for both the Scottish Football Writers' Association Young Player of the Year Award and the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year.
Speaking to Hibs TV, Josh gave his reaction to the news.
“It was a massive confidence boost for me to be nominated. That is two years in a row now that I have been nominated.
"It is always an honour to see your name on the nomination list, especially when you look at some of the other nominees and previous winners of the awards, so it was a brilliant feeling."

In what has been a difficult season for the Hibees - finishing in the bottom six and having two Manager's leave the Club - Josh reflected on what he describes as 'a rollercoaster' of a year.
"It has been a difficult season, that is the first time I have had to deal with a change of Manager so that was a new experience in itself.
"As a young player people say it is harder in your second season compared to your first, I think I had a bit of a wobbly start but I got into it as the season went on.
“The results this season haven’t been the best but footballer is a rollercoaster - there is always going to be ups and downs in the road.
"I am delighted to get a few nominations for my performances on a personal level, but in terms of the team we need to make sure we finish the season well and then make sure we perform better next year.”
The Hibees travel to the Toni Macaroni Arena on Saturday, hoping to build on last weekend's win at St. Mirren.
"We can’t sit back, the goal for us needs to be to win every game between now and the end of the season and we are pushing to do that.
“Livingston are a big and physical team, they have some good players in midfield as well. The last couple of times we have played them it didn’t go too well, so we need to show what we are all about on Saturday.”
