Should I expect a new season ticket for the 2021/22 campaign?
The ticket office is now activating all existing season cards for the start of the new season.
If you have renewed without any changes you will continue to use the same season ticket as before.
If you have purchased a new season ticket, changed seat, or price class, then a new ticket will be issued to you and posted over the next few weeks.
It is unlikely that these tickets will need to be used until all Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
When can I expect to sit in my seat?
We continue to follow the advice of the Council and the Government. Until restrictions are lifted, then supporters will continue to be socially distanced inside Easter Road.
What should I do if I’ve lost my season ticket?
Replacement season tickets are available for the small charge of £5 by contacting the ticket office.
I’ve renewed my season ticket, but my card doesn’t work on a match day…
If you’ve renewed for the 2021/22 season, but your ticket isn’t working on a match day, please contact the nearest steward and we will support you with the issue.
When is the ticket office open?
The ticket office will be open on Friday (July 30) from 10am to 2pm.
From Monday (August 2) it will be opening every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 3pm.
