As part of the launch of our new website in October, the club introduced the new Hibernian FC Online Account.
This Single Sign On (SSO) account allows supporters to register once and login across all club domains, systems and applications, maintaining a consistent identity and experience.
Initially this involves creating a new eTicketing account - in the future you will be able to align your Hibs TV and Clubstore online accounts.
Please note, if you have already completed this step since October and have used the club's eTicketing platform to purchase something (e.g. a Happy Hibee ticket, bottle of Hibernian Wine) you don't need to do anything else.
If you haven't used your eTicketing account since October it's important that you create your new one.

Season ticket holders should ensure that the client reference number on their account matches the one on your season ticket card.
