When signing up for the Direct Debit scheme please ensure the bank account number, name and sort code are accurate when inputted online.
For the 2025/26 season, the Club has introduced a late payment fee of £10 to combat defaulted payments. This fee is applicable to each Direct Debit mandate and is required at the time of processing any defaulted payments.
Supporters who sign up for the Direct Debit Scheme direct with Hibernian FC should note that should you default on a payment, your Season Ticket(s) will be placed on hold and access to Easter Road Stadium temporarily revoked until you have cleared your defaulted payment.
Any defaulted payments must be cleared at least 10 working days before the next payment date is due otherwise the next payment in your instalment plan will automatically default. The Club reserve the right to cancel any Season Tickets purchased through the Direct Debit scheme with consecutive failed payments. Manual card payments will be required to bring your account back up to date and you can do this by contacting tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk or calling 0131 661 2159 (opt 2).
Continued failed payments will either result in your Season Ticket(s) being completely cancelled and it can affect your eligibility to use this scheme for next season. Please note, if you’re Season Ticket is cancelled due to defaulted payments, any payments made towards the balance are non-refundable and you will be blocked from using the Direct-Debit scheme in future.
Payment dates are non-adjustable and are set out at the point of sale.

CCU Finance Overview
We are delighted to be working with club partner Capital Credit Union (CCU) to be providing an affordable finance option once again.
Thanks to CCU, supporters will be able to split the payments of their Season Ticket across 3, 8, 9, 10 or 11 months. A low APR of 11.6% is applied to the total price of your Season Ticket (total basket value) and will be split equally across the payment term that you select. Once again, there is no arrangement fee and, if you opt for our new 3-month plan, you will pay less than £10 in fees!
